Mini Felt Purses

No stamping today. I used my BIG SHOT a lot! The purse is from the BASKETS & BLOOMS die from Stampin' Up. I folded the felt just above the bottom cut line. I trimmed the "fold line" that would normally would have scored on paper. I sewed a 1/4 inch on both sides. It really is that easy. The flowers are fabric scraps I had using the FUN FLOWERS die. If you only get one flower dies, this is the one to have! I mixed fabric stiffener and water (1 part each) into a sprayer. I sprayed each fabric layer after cutting and then scrunched them in my hands. I let them dry over night. It doesn't make them super stiff, it just gives them a bit more body. I will be putting these up in my ETSY Shop this weekend.

Thanks for stopping by!

Mini Gift Bag

I got a call from a gal who bought some of my cards at a craft show over the holidays. She needs some favors for her mom's 80th birthday party in the UK, about 90 of them. She wants to put them at each setting. So I worked on some ideas over the weekend, Here's one of the ideas I came up with. Hope you are having a great week!

Do Overs...

Don't you wish life was that easy? I meant to keep up my blog, I meant to show all the fun stuff I've created- but didn't. SO, I've given myself permission to start over. And you know what? It's O.K. I'll try again. I haven't stopped paper crafting, just haven't made the time to post. So here I am again. Hope you come along side to be inspired to let yourself do it over and start fresh! I'm jumping right back in to a swap over at Splitcoast Stampers. Hope you like these magnet butterflies I put on clothes pins. Enjoy!
